First not so bad but the medium big disappointment

Had predecessor of this sweeper, which is quite bauglich. After only moderate use of the driving pinion of the electric motor was broken. When disassembling it turned out that it was made of plastic (!). I believe that this component is a programmed vulnerability of the device. The spare part inquiry revealed costs of gear and belt 75, - plus tax. Did both parties in industrial supplies trade for less than 10, - (!) Worried namely the gear this time from all-aluminum. Having eaten with other Kärcher - made similar experiences devices, I have to say that the name Kärcher is not holding the, for what he is. The devices are not better or more durable than imported equipment but considerably more expensive. "Hidden defects" by weak wearing parts have their own language.
