In the last 15 years I have bought a number of PC cases and because career also near the IT sector employs, also "built" - least Antec, Chieftechs and more recently a "Fractal Design Define R". And so appealing latter externally already is: this Lian Li case is not only externally yet again tasteful, elegant - it is especially in his inner life the bestgefertigte PC case, which I have ever seen. The cable routing is unusual at first, but - thanks to the accompanying well-illustrated instructions - logical and very thoughtful. The included fan quiet as a whisper. On the possibility to illuminate even this, I have dispensed with - is of course an old-age / taste. In summary: A case "of a piece". Primary reasons of economy, I have so far but then pulled Lian Li chassis unspecified into consideration, also, because I have not made the "added value" clearly some tests. In future it will be different.
Unfortunately, only a few "aluminum colored" DVD / BD drives offered on the market. This case, however, deserves that otherwise colored blind drives are installed here. The aperture of Lian Li offered for "C-02A" fits indeed outwardly perfectly to the housing. However: the description of the installation is very limited, I managed to install a DVD drive behind this panel only by a technically gifted fellow. In the black copy of the case, the "PC 8FIB" to such aesthetic problems are much less because the market is much larger with black blind drives.
