I bought the X-Training Skate as a second-liner. So far I am the K2 Etu (qid = 1370790621 & sr = 8-3 & keywords = k2 + eco + ETU) driven. I want to now draw an initial conclusion (after the first 2.5-hour drive) from the X-Training and compare it with my previous liner. The X-Training is a very smooth-running inline, with which one can go relatively quickly with little effort. The 90mm-rollers make it faster than inline with smaller roles. In addition, there is a little more stable state when standing at traffic lights, for example, times. The higher weight of the big wheels is not noticed. The soft boot is very convenient as with all K2, with me, the left shoe in one place has something scrubbed. But I think that this will give a few rides. When Etu the softboot nestles like a second skin, which is but probably because I already drive him for quite some time. Compared to Etu the X-training is better ventilated, but wet sweat socks still can not be avoided (for me anyway). (As unfortunately all K2) The roles go very quickly and T-braking (a liner and provide cross razed afterwards) you should avoid. I am planning now to buy me new, harder and therefore more durable wheels. A main reason I bought the X-training is the quick release system. However, the closing is not so faster than normal laces. All in all, the X-training very enjoyable to drive. Thanks to the large wheels also on cobblestones and other irregularities. Due to the "Quick shutter" which actually does not fulfill its purpose and due to the almost inevitable, imminent investment in new roles, there is a point deduction from me.
