I came across (via Google) on this curious object in doing research on the gyroscopes. I was intrigued by this mysterious "powerball". Its use has fascinated me. Then, as I rot my right wrist for years with a mouse in my professional computer activity, I was required to use the ball regularly to relax. The physical sensation is very pleasant. If it is not good, it can not hurt!
