Due to the precisely fitting holder you have only 2 options.
a) install with operating down = charger connected but no headphones because headphone jack is abgedecht with plastic.
b) With controls installed upwards = headphones connected but no charger, since charger connector is abgedecht with plastic.

Because I need both - power supply and connected the handsfree in your ears
