The Mini Drive is a perfect finish (made of real aluminum, not plastic scrap).

Fits in perfectly with the Macbook Air a - completely flush and exactly to the mm.
Priced the Mini Drive is certainly not cheap, but still at the moment the best alternative.

As appropriate microSDXC card I recommend the SanDisk SDSDQUN-128G-FFP-A Ultra 128GB.
In conjunction with the Mini Drive you get as the most out of your Mac out.
