Flickering extreme!

Actually this Led lamps were not at all bad. The viewing angle and the illumination are great, but the flicker is a madness.
With a faster move comes a real strobe effect.
I get them a headache, also partially the screen flickers.

As a technician, I wonder if this can ever be, or whether there is a legal basis to.

Have you bought at the same time with another brand, which does not have this problem. Probably there simply a higher-value rectifier installed.
