Flushing is ok, drying performance leaves much to be desired

Hello There,
I had this dish about a month.
My experience with the device at this time are summarized as follows:
- The flushing of the unit is ok.
- The installation was not difficult
- The instructions for installation (which faulted the furniture Frontes) I found difficult (Youtube was very helpful).
- A wash cycle lasts enabled Extra drying about 3.5 hours, which can be revealed today considered normal.
- The unit is very quiet.
- Since the controls are not visible, I found the Infolight helpful.
Info Light: The instrument casts a small red spot on the ground when the device is in operation.
- The Vario drawer looks chic but use I found too time-consuming.
You have to put and remove all items of cutlery individually.
If I had to keep the device, I would have bought a cutlery basket so.
- The drying performance leaves much to be desired.
The cutlery, the dishes, the Schu Soon handles were still wet after rinsing.
While there is an intensive drying option that you can enable or disable cumbersome but this brings not much.
I also found it very user-unfriendly that you can activate as a basic option that needs to read a complete user manual.
Here, the steps you take to activate Extra Drying:

1. ON / OFF switch [1] on.
2. program [A] button while holding down the START button [8] key until the digital display [h: 00] indicates.
3. Release both buttons. The indicator of the [A] key flashes and the digital display [9] of the factory-set value is lit [H: 04]
4. Program button [A] key repeatedly until the digital display [9] of the factory value [d: 00] appears.
5. Pressing the [C] key to switch the Intensive drying single [d: 01] or disable [d: 00]
6. START button [8] key. The setting is saved.
Is that not simple?

Here is a general criticism, which is not only with this dishwasher related:
I find it very bad that device manufacturers basic options (like here Extra drying) make so much difficulty or even leave out completely
and then offer this option as a feature in a different unit of the house for a higher price or make it or placing benutzerfrundlicher.
For example, I was already the Infolight useful in this device but why it was not a projection of what one finds today revealed in a 10-alarm as well?
In this dish I would have naturally white and learn without having to open the door when the purge ends like.
Is this too much desired in a dishwasher without any visible external controls or even luxury?
Why such basic options are not stadartmäsig but offered for devices in expensive price ranges?
Of course, the manufacturers want to earn money.
But you earned no money when a device is well thought out and so many buy exactly this particular device?
