I bought the thing for my Samsung Tablet PC with Windows 8.1 (64).
The stick with the included software works well.
Receiving DVBT works presumably, only I can not see the picture (sometimes it works, but mostly not).
Too bad ... Even the image of the internal WebCam is not shown. Sound of TV shows and webcam are ok.
The software manufacturer BlazeVideo said that the problem is with the image on the driver software that came on the CD. In readme file is listed as minimal Anforderderung for the software Windows 2000 and XP, by later versions is unfortunately not recorded, not about the drivers.
I have now checked with the seller, if there is a driver for Windows 8.1. If I still bring the image up and running, I will state this here.
