While the machine makes the first glance a very high quality and functional impression but proves in multiple use, that it has a number of quirks. I'm not quite sure if I have received a defective product or whether it is just really is fundamental flaws of the device. Therefore, I rate the machine as I have experienced: As a product with many confounders !!
Processing and optics:
The machine looks very nice, is made of glossy plastic and metal. The sculpture seems sturdy, but I think it's for the price you have to pay, not as high as expected. Already after a few days dissolves for example already the milk froth regulator. - Once you have selected more than once, the "Clean" "Lungo" or 2Cappuchino "programs is the controller always relaxed It's only a matter of time until it is completely dissolved Furthermore rapidly form scratches on the black paint, so better just.. Wash with a damp microfibre cloth, if deep scratches will be avoided.
As such, the machine is processed satisfactorily, but it really just made of plastic and stainless steel. Neither the water tank, yet the milk container act really high.
The frother does extent quite stable, but makes some problems, which I will cover later.
The 3 filter holder are made of robust stainless steel and probably the highest quality at the machine.
There is:
A strainer for a cup of coffee powder or a pad
A strainer for two cups with coffee powder or 2 Pads
and
A strainer for ESE pods
Remove the drip tray and the base grid un are also made of plastic and stainless steel mediocre. Grade the colander turns out much too small, since the machine continuously foamed !! - More on that!
So now to the manual:
She really mau. In addition, the manufacturer's instructions are not correct, this machine is compatible with all pads! No it is not, Senso pads can not be used and also pads for cocoa powder does not really fit in. It's frustrating to know what buttons you have to push, but did not get the coffee selected the

Now to my point, which is why I'm not so satisfied with the machine, as the previous speakers and suspect they have received a defective or partially defective product:
Our machine runs over such that we the milk foam flew twice around the ears, even though we have used matching cups and glasses and the frother have naturally ausgerichet the glass inside. So I mean, that the machine has gespirzt such that I was from 2 meters distance made it yet and was scared, the machine would go to us at any moment in the air and I was really not so funny.
Sometimes the machine seethed empty a whole milk tank, although we wanted to have only a small cappuccino. Then in turn we decided us for a great cup and received only a half cup of coffee. Furthermore, the machine several times no longer went and had to be taken off the power. Yes, it happens frequently that it makes strange crackling sounds and feels very hot.
I go strongly believe that our machine is faulty or defective. Therefore, I can only awarded 3 stars, although it would probably be 4 half gewordern, the machine would work just as well with us as with the previous speakers, because in itself it would not be bad. However, just only: to be .......
A pity.
- I have not even once really get a small or large cup. Often only moderately frothed milk, the counter syringe as we are told, despite far distance from the machine. Very, very strange and unfortunate.
