The balance between strength and skill.
Properly position the unit on thenar of both hands to avoid tendonitis. Dexterity, coordination, power, very pleasant even for size 7 hands.
Excellent also for manual workers, which will relax (masons, plumbers, farmers, butchers ... In menswear and womenswear) hands proven by sustained and violent efforts.
