Lindsey has me in its spell a second time. And I as a fan of hip hop / rapeseed have nothing to do so with classical music. And electronic music is only in certain cases something for me. And yet it has managed with her solo album, to mix both and create something extraordinary about 2 years ago a young artist. From the first album of Lindsey, I was absolutely delighted, the greater was the joy at the news that there will be a second album. Time went by and so was the album last Friday in the German music trade. "Shatter Me" is a really good album and a grand continuation of their debut. I have been lucky and got caught in the limited edition, which to the 13 standard tracks contains 3 additional songs (ie, keep your eyes open !!!) One might think that the tunes are repeat now, what do you already great rausholen from a violin. Far from it, all 15 tracks sound new and everyone has something special in itself. So will a while listening not boring, on the contrary, every track gradually evolving into a catchy tune. I personally have with the first 3 songs and 3 bonus track (Song 15) found my favorite, but the other tunes are to be heard worth it and just run up and down. Lindsey has a musical firework of songs, some of which are somewhat "gloomy" and thoughtful, some just sound very melodic and quite give goosebumps. But even the one or other Party tracks can be found, which could go off and celebrate properly. All that creates Lindsey only with their string instrument and a well-chosen selection of electronic beats. A must for anyone who also has the first album already and all, where the interest was aroused I can both "Shatter Me" as well as Lindsey's first studio album wholeheartedly recommend.
"Lindsey, please, please keep it up", nothing more remains for me to say. LG, your Mario;)
