I purchased the brush cutter for hobby (large feral garden). The unit arrived quickly and packaged for us. The assembly was, thanks to detailed and German instructions to do quickly and easily. However, already showed here that the low product price up even asks his victims. The handlebars (2-piece) could not be sufficiently secure. The old trick wrap something handlebar tape to the metal tube, and then push it into the mounting sleeve helped immediately. Then the first launch! The engine started, but took no gas. The troubleshooting has been successful. The gas Bowden cable was not hooked in the carburetor. This could be remedied by unscrewing the entire air filter and the hooking of the cable (with pliers) quickly. Everything reassembled (very easy) and then restarted. Prior to the carburettor via a rubber studs must again with gasoline (2 clock mixture!) Be filled, which is recognizable by the fuel flow in the fuel hose. Then it was again: tug of war! After about 30 attempts to start the engine to then also jumped. The work went very well, the shoulder strap is absolutely sufficient, since the machine is quite easy and also well balanced. It is therefore quite possible, views, or - to use the scythe without strap only hand out. However, only with restrictions and only for experienced users. After successful work the scythe was cleaned and stored. In the following days I had this miserable start problem again. If the cable mechanism would then run at least gently. If he does not, and so it tears now and then me before the gag of the cable out of your hands, which is not very pleasant. The gag should attach moreover with a small metal pin on the cable, otherwise the rope knot is quickly absorbed through the hole of the toggle. A few tropical superglue on the knot and the pen work wonders! After about 8 hours of use, I found that the carburettor wobbles. Again degraded air filter and all! Moderately tightened (note torque! - Otherwise the screws break off) screws on the brush cutter. In addition, I found that the metal frame below the fuel tank at 3 screws had already sniffed and wagged only at a fixing screw. The problem could be overcome by production of 2 stable aluminum profiles that have been drilled and bent accordingly. The problems start, I first went to a Zündzeitpunktkontrolle. The spark has a few millimeters before top dead center (turning point) of the piston, ignite the air-gas mixture. The exact ignition is listed in the device documentation. The ignition timing was OK and so I changed the settings on the carburetor. Much can there not be changed and I suspect that the carburetor is more of a toy than a reliable component. It helped the famous "gut feeling". The throttle speaks volumes! But: a good carburetor also costs good money so not for a cheap product! Well, at least now the engine fires after 3- 4 launch attempt, which is absolutely OK for a 2-stroke engine. However, I can not imagine that any amateur gardeners also still the same will run a small motor Locksmith. Too bad, because when the sense is running again, then they developed a proper continuous power. Scrub up to a diameter of about 15mm is absolutely no problem. The engine is torquey and still quite quiet. The automatic clutch could work much more sensitive. At idle the sheet rarely comes to a halt, which is a security risk in itself. Here only help: before "from his hand lay" - ignition switch up (off position) and wait for the outlet slide the blade. My assessment: "delivered and it works" is not! Something Work experience and a sense of humor should bring the buyer. Neither is inbegrriffen in the price!
