The "Nidra Yoga" Yoga is based on the concentration and mental calm. It is practiced in a lying position and requires the maintenance of an awake but completely appeased conscience. It is guided by the teacher's voice that helps us relax. In this practice (difficult to start and in which often falls asleep) use of "Tibetan bowls" is extremely beneficial for the organs. The real Tibetan bowls are very expensive and are very old. They consist of at least five metal alloys and play in either patting them either by running along the edges of a stick. The deep sound of the bowls will give our bodies a wellness important. The various sounds will be speaking at different points of the body (called "chakras"). I highly recommend the use of such a disc while driving. However, it will help you sleep or to empty your mind. This disc is a good approach to what may be the sounds of games on these very special instruments. It may be useful for personal practice of deep relaxation. Some may however be weary quickly of these strange sounds.
