Now the product:
When unpacking I was only positive from the design and the surface impressed.
However, upon closer look, I noticed already some production Mengel:
The channel faders are not all just installed, also sometimes a bit loose.
When testing other Mengel came forth:
The channel lights are not just for all channels.
The display has trouble all pay and form letters entirely from.
After a while I started having problems with the cross fader (horizontal bottom center), if I move it to the right, the music of the left channel is still heard, even if everything is set correctly.
In addition, my Main1 has adopted a few weeks ago. I conclude by RCA on my system to the Out 1 (Main1), no sound is heard, unless the main fader is at the bottom, then I get to hear a strong noise, but only on the left side. This is so intense that the light comes up to the top red bar and so nearly destroyed my boxes!
Now for tractor:
This mixer can be used well with tractor (I prefer the analog or analog half [CDs and USB flash drives] DJing, with all sync nonsense everyone makes to DJ, even if it is totally dam ... * modest * sounds! -> Who you have no idea of music, DJing, etc., the finger let it and let's do it !!!).
So, the mixer setup on Traktor Pro 2 is easy to manually install the drivers and * NI software, as described in the Supplement. Works after a while practicing quite well. Nevertheless, one should use to best another controller (such as Traktor X1 or F1, MIDI-enabled player, such as CDJ-850 Pioneer, etc.) in order to optimally can hang, but the quality remains not as good as when you directly something happening (vinyl, ... CDS, USB flash drive), yet each his thing!
Therefore, I advise all those who want to buy a professional mixer:
Do not look at the price, sparrt longer and bring you something real, my recommendation is the Pioneer mixers. Although high in price, but the performance is second to none!
Personally to hang in clubs or at parties, I prefer the one from Pioneer, 700s, 800s, 850s and possibly even to 900.
For studios, radio stations, web radios to me is the 2000 best.
I hope to be able / recommend helfeen you you with my review.
