Previously I had also made by Sigma, the PC 15. Here it is me with this, the band canceled at the anchorage to the housing and thus become unusable. In the PC 25.10 the tape is a part with the housing, thus this is not a predetermined breaking point.
The menu is typical sigma very simple. "Play" After a few minutes you have the hang of it and can everything can be simply adjusted (sex, weight, max. HR is calculated, but you can change; training zone (fat burning, fitness, individual) and the name of the clock, ... ->'ve obviously eingetippst my own name, and thus always seems my name on display at :-)
I had in the PC 15 and now in the PC 25.10 no connection problems from the belt to the clock. If the contact points on the belt is moistened a little, it works flawlessly.
The training data are stored and can be read again and again. The summation to 1 week last week, 2 weeks, .... to Total is also quite clear and beautiful.
If you want to view the operation closer can start on the Sigma website a demo in which you can try all the features:
[...]
(Right click on product demo, and then click Start Demo)
The menu has 4 sub-items: - training (in this case is, of course, the training starts)
- Clock (here you can alarm clock; stopwatch, countdown, set ..)
- Storage (you can view the training sessions)
- Settings (here to set the personal data)
The pulse data and spent kcal agree fairly good agreement with me.
The clock has no GPS, pedometer, altimeter or the like. Etc. which are on several features for professional runners / cyclists is this clock might be too little (where professional runners / cyclists etc. probably set from the outset on Polar or Garmin).
Another nice detail is that you can set the clock by a supplied key to OFF. This is useful when using the clock only for sports and not otherwise. The intent is to conserve battery life. Thus, the battery life increases by a multiple.
The battery in the chest strap may of course be replaced by any self.
