Some training needed to meat and fish do not burn. A rare steak means exercise.
But really disturbing is only the development of smoke. Apparently also some fat in the rest of the unit condenses and evaporates off during heating up. Without tightening hood, I would not use the device, otherwise there is a "blue" kitchen.
