I have now tried a lot and have never had any bad experiences. Beef steak, lightly salted, ready within 2-3 minutes and super tender. Any type of vegetable succeeds excellently, for example zucchini, eggplant or sweet potato sliced and lightly salted, coated to taste with a little olive oil, or hollowed mushrooms stuffed with Schäfskäse (they lose barbecuing much liquid but reliable running into the drip tray !), and asparagus or even halved romaine lettuce hearts I have thus successfully grilled. Likewise, he reliably grilling fish (also frozen), sandwiches, tofu slices and grill cheese. No matter how bad the plates after look, it can be perfectly cleaned by the non-stick coating, the filth and the burned dissolve very easily. Since I do not clean the plates in the dish sink because so even the most advertised by the manufacturer coating is damaged in the long run, the cleaning is a little more complicated because it is best by wiping with a sponge or brush each groove again with rinse water. Despite extensive cleaning the plates smoke pretty strong at every heating, so that I had initially worried that the machine starts to burn. Well, what is more important?
