Power supply is working properly, only the 140mm fan is too loud and makes disturbing noises if you want to run it in a quiet PC. If the volume does not matter and it does not have to be quiet as a whisper, then you can buy here without worry, especially since the price is appealing.

4 Noctua fan (2 for housing, for 2 CPU) together are quieter than the power supply.
