I have several jackets from The North Face are of good quality, but this model had after 2 months already strong wear points on the fabric. The Bundzugschnur had unfortunately also achieved after about 2 months. That must be a Monday-brand apparently. I have the merchants jacket tried to complain, unfortunately without success (which was only profit-driven and not customer focused). However, The North Face has immediately withdrawn in the shop the jacket without bill and proposed an exchange.
