Prima pan for small things. Heavy soil acts robust. The thin warp always so. First with ceramic coating, am pleasantly surprised how easily they can be cleaned. A drop of oil yet does not harm but A few tiny flaws it has, so 1 star deduction. But is only visually, not functional
