Because DisplayPort is the latest among the video signal standards, I did not think long to buy me this adapter for my 120Hz monitor. So I assumed that supports a new standard 3D. Unfortunately, none, only 60Hz. After a little research I discovered that one of the miniDP Standard 1.2 requires to transmit stereoscopic images. So back to Amazon, hoping again ..
The adapter itself is solid, the plug was not without connecting power to the notebook. The transmission with 60hz was impeccable.

- Only miniDP 1.1 (no 120Hz)
- Plug apparently not "top" processed

+ Function (albeit 60Hz)
