I have, decided, despite negative reviews here for the purchase and can the potential "dangers" do not confirm.
My kettle switches off normally when the water is boiling - if the water is finished, I pull the plug, ready.
(It is also available in the operating instructions: Pull the plug if the stove is not used).

After my old kettle suddenly had blisters and leaking cracks in the plastic case, it could not really get any worse.
For the price the unit is so perfect for me.

The only downside: he stinks at first extremely.
