So I ordered the product on Saturday and on Thursday 12.4.2012 I got sent there, but I think sometimes the normal I live in Vienna / Austria. The product view is important for my job as a fitter / plumber. It gitb many faucets with a 13mm nut that go naturally easy to turn out and where you have a lot of space for other Werkzzeug. When the socket is ansich not very long, it has a length of 19cm of course, all 4 parts, makes a very stable impression and the manufacturing is a lifetime warranty on the product you but must first on the manufacturer's site to register to get the guarantee.
Conclusion: Very good product for small money, certainly I think I paid recommend it to anyone more
