We (unfortunately) still a old tube TV that just do not want to give up his spirit, so that the family budget something can be made easy for a slightly more modern device ... In contrast, our old DVD player located in the eternal adopted hunting grounds. It is not so easy to find a suitable replacement unit that still has an analog output (with preference Scart). This unit had one and the best price (Saturn - with less bargaining 33, -). We have now already seen DVDs, burned and borrowed, all played without wobbles and problems. He has also recognized our USB flash drive, but could not play the MPEG4 video, in AVI format but that was no problem. For us, the player is perfect, he has what we need (USB port, format diversity when playing) and waives all that we do not need (a reasonable remote (we use a Universal) Upscaling (which in our tubes carrot ), HDMI port, etc.). Processing could still be sure to find something of high quality, but at the price ... Also, I'll go hopeful manner assumed that the TV rather then gives up the ghost, as the player ... Conclusion: For Old TV owners to recommend, for people with television sets, worthy of the name even in this day and age still: hands off!
