Miss Meyer-Landrut has now taken more time to continue their studies fortunately not perceived in the same extent as they do other students and since 12 October 2012, will be the result, "Stardust", now in stores, Lenas third album. Who expected to build only on the success of previous albums, mistaken. Detached from the fact that Lena wrote most of the songs himself, is also of the instrumentation of the songs much more relaxed and airy.
After the first listening it becomes quite obvious that the focus is on the poppy-cheerful songs. Be it the drums in "Stardust", the clapping hands in "ASAP" or the groovy bass in "Pink Elephant": here lies a spurt in there. Who holds it while listening to the comfortable leather armchairs, urgently needs to again wash the ears. The sing-along and dance along makes powerful joy. Who also still pays for songs on the lyrics, will also get their money. Most songs have earned it, that you listen more closely, as is sung not only about maybe suspected monotony. Of course, love is thematically with this, but fortunately without "love Chops" -Reimerei. Who songs like "A Million And One" and "Push Forward" liked, will not be disappointed: with "Day To Stay", "To The Moon" and "Goosebumps" are three silent but equally enthralling songs on Lena's album.
The Limited Deluxe Edition to its name: a hinged CD case, studded with pretty pictures (a pretty young woman) and a DVD as a bonus. Those who opt for this edition, can be found behind the album on said DVD album trailer, the video of "Stardust", a Diary and the Story: In all, there are 16:30 minutes. Nice, but there would have been more in it quantitatively.
"Stardust" is a multifaceted, cheerful album, where Lena was able to develop completely and the white 41 minutes long, fully convincing. Next year, Lena is on tour in Germany; the cards have already been ordered. I'm glad.
