After two tests with an identical small refrigerator which were delivered both times at the corners completely depressed, I had my first purchase idea hung up. But as I now but a few months later took such a refrigerator, I have started a new experiment with the Bomann refrigerator. Result: Again, the first model at the corners came to completely crushed, even though I had pointed out in advance on Amazon this grievance and asked for good packaging. The package could not be worse, only a very thin layer of Styrofoam to protect the device during transport and the corners are of course the first thing that gets broken. A separate protection for the corners would be urgently needed. I can not understand why Amazon despite various hints and complaints and as many as three of returned models is not able to remedy this situation. The fridge itself performs its duties flawlessly so far, but is also only recently become operational.
