From alone broke.

We the Thermoglöser have now had in 4 months about two to three times a week in use. At first I was really excited, even if one of the glasses had a leaning floor (but did not bother me). They looked good, lay comfortably in the hand and through the double wall was the external temperature of the glass was always cool.

The other day I again made me a latte macchiato, wanted to stir and heard a scratching sound ... as if you stir a sugar cube, lying on the ground, only much louder. I was surprised because I had no sugar added, and looked more closely: And then I saw how the coffee ran into the gap between the two glass walls. Inside was on the floor a 2 cm hole created! Just because. Out of nowhere.

The glass is now gone, and I'm really disappointed because it was not exactly cheap. I can not explain how it may be that the inner bottom is suddenly broken me. Material error?

We have also attached a "photographic evidence". The outer wall of the glass is still completely intact, so there was no guarantee shocks or other "external influence", and inside we now have a beautiful hole that we so can not use in a thermal glass. Goofy.
