Preface: For many olive oil is just olive oil. That was with me sometimes so until I had tried from the Aldi "olive oil blend". The quality is unfortunately gone back there and I do not buy. The aha-effect, however, was available and the quality of thought for good olive oil has been awakened.
When Jordan Oil has a great green-cloudy appearance. It tastes fruity delicious to be bitter without. My favorite food is there to Tomatoes with Murray River salt flakes and fresh baguette. I am getting hungry. Ciao!
