Fully satisfied, beautiful Collectors Edition

Normally I'm considering given the high price not to Collectors editions, but in Dark Souls 2 I could not say no and so in mid-January was already pre-ordered this edition. Delivery was on time and properly packaging

The card contained was a bit smaller than expected, but nice simple decor and reveals through cryptic language nothing vorseg. Only small icons give an idea of ​​what might be found there about.

The Steelbook I personally find even more beautiful than the Black Armour Edition because no Rated logos or the like are present, unfolded then arises the famous image of the knight with a sword, which is also on the Black Armour, only slightly larger. Very well done in my opinion.

The figure also I really like, although it strictly something smells;) But that does not bother me further and flies might over time. As decoration really nice, by the weight it affects not cheap, but as a beautiful collector's item.

In the art book I have not yet looked in, because I do not want spoilers and spent in Game only ~ 20 hours, however, seems to be okay in scope, even here there would indeed calm can be slightly bigger, but in itself is perfectly adequate ,

All in all I am really pleased and so happy to have gained me this edition instead of the normal edition. As a fan, also a good way to get at times a little Dark Souls Merchandising, without having to import.

Now a supplement to the game, which contains spoilers, would read better who can anticipate nothing not.

Now I have 100 hours behind me, my character is Level 240 in NG ++ (yes, relatively overleveled, but this is the Trophy Char, the next is for PvP)

The game I like really very good, the story is interesting and some things have not yet become quite clear even after nearly three times playthrough and invite you to speculate and discuss with like-minded one. The subject of "Drangleic stands where once stood Lodran" and the appearance of old opponents are awesome for players of Part One.

The gameplay remains the same, with slight changes, drink the bottle lasts longer, the plate also, and generally, the character's feeling at the beginning of quite sluggish when one is accustomed to high DS1 take. Meanwhile, however, it is perfectly fine, you just have to settle something, then gives way to the attacks of the bosses just nimbly as ever.

I find really interesting is that you from the very beginning has several ways that you can go, especially in the NG + is it to wear. You can always go other ways and tackle the bosses in various orders, which does not make it quite so monotonous. Nevertheless, I feel some things as rather odd, for example, that one can quite early for a sinner, one of the sexiest bosses in my opinion, while the path to the iron king for lower Characktere to torture may be, the fight itself but is not a problem. Probably this is also personal feeling, the Iron King just skin extremely hard but very slowly, the sinner is just very fast and has thereby in NG + still help.

The mass of Boss souls that you can get hold of is enormous, the weapons which unfortunately can be made from it usually not so optimal. Some beads are, however, I can recommend for example the dragon slayer big curve for STR or the moonlight greatsword for INT Characktere warmest.

The new spell and Pyromantien are partially the hammer, I think it is also very good, that even old spells are represented. The completely new witchcraft, which in use often consume souls, are very strong, but quickly through the soul cost very expensive.

The oaths are interesting and fun, I was especially pleased the reappearance of the sun envy, but also the bell envy has it done to me.

What remains to be said, much has remained the same, the world no longer feels quite as twisty as in the first part where I have often been astonished when I discover to have landed an abbreviation again, this one has more beacons and can this drive all right. This is certainly a matter of taste, it makes the game but a lot easier, but I did it rather felt as pleasant rather than disturbing. I need a few more spells and Pyromantien to achieve the platinum trophy, after almost 100 hours for me satisfactorily. However, I have already seen videos of Speed ​​runners in less than 2 hours from the start up to Nash Andra, it depends now times depend on how good you are and how much time you want to get stuck in a video game. I definitely do not regret it and will for a long time fun with Dark Souls 2 have and hope it goes like a lot of people.
