I started with the Basic CD in which the moves are explained step by step. But that quickly became boring to me. So I started directly with the other CDs. This has made me much more enjoyable. The loose type of training you are more willing to move after a long day yet. I've noticed that I now even to music on the radio by taking a few units in everyday life "for fun".
By Zumba you will certainly not so toned and slender as the boys and girls on the CDs, but fit and figure-hugging definitely. I think Zumba is a good choice for his life to live consciously moving.
