Was important to me esp. The individual and accurate measurement of the lower and upper body (body fat, muscle percentage). So I Intensify the upper body workout, if the percentage of muscle through intense running and biking is too low.
Very practical: Display water content. Especially for people who chronically drink too little ... too good: Jd. Measured value is displayed on a scale, so you always know if the value is too high or too low.
The Beurer BF 100 scale has convinced me. Service is good, measurement is very fast, readings seem accurate and plausible. After a few weeks I can use nice to see (in SportTracks) how the training affects. Sure, an amateur athlete needs is not necessarily, but it's fun anyway - for me a great gadget for a fair price.
The wall mounting of the control panel is convenient, but should fall down the handset better not, because then the display can break (own experience through carelessness). The handset I now keep in a safe place and no longer by means of wall bracket.
I liked (very fast) helped in this case, the Beurer Support in exemplary variety of ways - the support has to be really praised here and should play a role in the purchasing decision.
Conclusion: Super purchase, very useful scale especially in collaboration with Sport Tracks - also for recreational athletes.. Great support and top design.
