I bought two of these housing. Both the boards are smeared / filthy and both can be found here and there some rust / corrosion. (Not good!)
The integrated fans are Billigstware. If the housing of the fan had an audible bearing damage was, not to turn to the beginning.
The manufacturer / distributor Poppstar offers on its website a Kotaktformular on, however, responds to any inquiries regarding. Exchange or receive a replacement fan. Here the buyer is left to itself, so a star deduction, because for that price I would like to get a functioning housing.
So put the housing apart. This is, however, is very tricky, because the fan is located at bottom of the board and can be reached only from one side, after everything else has been expanded.
As a substitute I have a 5V fan in dimensions 80x80x10mm at Ebay ordered (China, costs roughly 4 euros with shipping) - looks exactly like the built-in housing - probably even the same model - and is qualitatively as good or bad.
Because the plug-in connections do not meet on the board of the standard connection size fan, you can simply cut off a part of the old fan connector cable and use as an intermediate piece.
Works and thus also the second housing is now well chilled.
