- A nasal douche is simple ...
- ... Can stand on its own! (The a separate "holders" needed from Bad Ems)
- ... Easy to clean (hygiene is very important here)
- ... Which has a large size, so really what "passes".
All my requests were met by the (or?) NoseBuddy! I admit boiled, lukewarm water into the pot, up to the mark (0.5 ml) to a level measuring spoon (good!) Salt and stir shortly.
After use, I put my nose in the shower dishwasher, so it is best for the next use.
Conclusion:
A very good purchase that guarantees nose showers beginners an easy nasal cleansing.
Supplement November 2013:

I give the water a few drops of sunflower oil. The mucous membranes are thus well "lubricated" and thus feel even better. Salt I take now only a 3/4 measuring spoon, because a broken. Scoops of coffee to me was too much ...
Addendum in February 2015:

Lately I give added instead of sunflower oil, sesame oil. I find very pleasant! As the salt I am currently using a "normal" salt (Himalayan Salt had taken) but "therapy nasal showers salt No.2" of Fa. LOTA. It consists of untreated Atlantic salt and essential pure distillates (rosemary, thyme, orange and camphor).
For this special salt dosage I use the scoop of Nasenspülkännchens. I make him fully painted and Stir it easy with the lukewarm water in the Spülkännchen. Finally, I add the sesame oil already mentioned this.
I find very well - and I thought I should mention it here once ....
