I had a first generation Galaxy S, so I made the jump 4pouces a screenshot for a 6.3pouces. And that's really up to surf the internet without having to zoom. Applications are clearer. Regarding performance, I do not see any slowdown in normal use. By cons RAM 1.5 GB may be a can just when we plusiieurs ouvertent apps!
