Reinstall did not solve the problem.
Ubisoft Customer Service answers
- First few days not (ok, maybe because of the Christmas season)
- Does not go to my request then again updated on the problem one, but then asks if my request is still current (after I had already been updated 3 times - most recently the day before the consultation)
- Sends me a standard letter of reply by referring to the updated driver software (in my desperate search for a solution already done everything in advance ...)
- My request updated again ... still no meaningful feedback.
Amazon is
- On his side no clear evidence about the return procedure.
Too bad, because other (also Assassins Creed / Ubisoft) Download versions run stable- in this case because of the problem and the lack of any support, however, a disaster.
The risk you have to (unfortunately) take on seemingly Downloads in purchasing.
