Game does not work, poor service from Amazon

The game does not work as described, some sports are not in the list, already the main menu is not complete as described in the Instructions. Außerden not work the declaration before the game, have a threesome tested independently from each other and all found the same problems. To our Wii it is not, we tried it on another.
The game is definitely not recommended, but much less Amazon is highly recommended! The customer service is rude and is not ready to exchange, but impute lack of understanding of the game.
