Game not playable

I had been really looking forward to the game, but unfortunately it does not start with my fire phone. It is downloaded from the App Store and then hangs while starting the game always. I get the message that the game still has to download data, but the progress bar remains permanently at 0%. Too bad ... maybe there sometime remedy. Then I'll give the game the score it deserves.
