I take the Garcinia Cambogia extract capsules now for ten days and may already first successes. The capsules themselves are somewhat larger, but still easy to swallow, I have no problems with it. By taking (3 times a day before each meal), I have not only fewer cravings in between, but also see on the scale already first successes. While it is not much, but if I have taken any capsules and things continue as before, it would be about 5kg less.
