Here, however, we never take the power stage after we had made very bad experiences with the cheap products. For roasting, we only use cooking fats, which are designed for high temperatures. After about a year, have been formed on the coating light bubbles or open pores. Meanwhile, they have spread from the middle to the pan almost to the edge. It seems as if the pan does not tolerate temperatures. We the pan have now complained to the manufacturer. Let's see what comes out. Positive to mention is the absolutely flat ground and good handling. Despite the negative experience we would probably buy the pan again.
