- The extension of the support system (Black pictured) is a joke, it does not hold, it bends, so inevitably, it supports nothing
- The aluminum parts of the top of the table (where the parts are normally drag to cut) do not coincide with each other (machining tolerances bad I guess, or otherwise bent parts, which would surprise me even), which gives:
* Firstly: angling the pieces to be cut (not cut perpendicular (Y / Z) - see later for this)
* Secondly: the pieces are blocking the opening made for the blade (cutting that will not be homogeneous, and dangerous, since we must raise the room she gets to climb on the back edge of the aluminum profile .
- Engine mounted system is simply HORRIBLE:
* Lubrication problem somewhere; the longer it goes the more the engine is hard to recover, with a feeling of digging something every turn of the handle.
* The crank is very fragile => with difficulty up the engine, it we remained in the hands (broken).
* Motor screws were not tightened on delivery and this system is made in such a way that access to these screws / nuts is very difficult.
* => This means that the engine was not properly aligned, and it is impossible to do by hand since there is no usable with a square to mark this spot.
* => Since the motor is not well perpendicular to the axis, which allows it to raise, ITS ANGLE ** Y / X and Y / Z IN RELATION TO EXCHANGE TABLE **

- The angle guide system using the slots to fit in the table is a real joke

* There is so much play between the guide slot and the stem just slip inside there must be an echo in there ... Seriously, I do not understand how one can machine the m * ** at this point.
- The angle adjustment system was limiting screws that were I could not even reach 90 ° in all cases => forced to remove to get there
If you want to cut law must
- Manually check all your angles to each cutting
- Use a holder for your parts (eg against plated) to have no problem with the top of the table aluminum.
I admit that my purpose for this saw did not make the big / medium work, but anyway I do not understand how you could make even the main structure of the saw as it is fragile, as the guide n has not a very wide deflection, and the angle errors eventually amplified when cutting large lengths.
Since this was my goal at the start, know that just replace the guide system is NOT sufficient because all angles inaccuracy problems I have explained above (change the tray or put by another supra).
The only thing that does not seem to be horrible is the engine assembly, though it did not look very bright. To suit my final use, and limit the damage, I totally redid the rest of the blade mounted mechanics, the cutting plan, the case, and guides. The result is much better and stronger than the original version, but I expected much better still to the base ... You get what you pay, I guess ...
