Genial! 7 128 6 15

I ordered the abdominal trainer after a conversation with a friend who has also received by means of such a belt Sixpack. I then looked at several offers from Amazon and read any reviews, selbsteverständlich opinions were there differ widely. On the Internet I have researched what is going on with these "electric batons" to be. After I had read enough, I ordered the Beurer belt. The particularly good thing about him is that he just stimulates the lateral abdominal muscles that are often neglected in my opinion.
BUT:
One can, as many have already written here, really do not put in front of the TV, eating chips and chocolate and be sure that the belt does his job already !;)
I started with the program A (which is of course set automatically) and only once stage 1 set ... I can absolutely feel anything, I have stage 3 taken. The belt I have morning and evening, actually used in the first week every day and have made additional pushup from the bed down. I honestly do not extreme attention to healthy eating, of course not made the number of the chips, but sometimes eaten a pizza anyway :) And yet ... even if very quickly attaches pancetta with me, I've then seen successes. Meanwhile, I have the belt for nearly 2 months and just when I care much have times with the university, or just a lazy inlay, it's just great to have something that still does for muscles.

CONCLUSION:
I would really recommend this to people who are willing also to make other exercises and additionally want to stay on the ball. My abs are really become much tighter and also the bacon is not as fast ;-)
