This book is BEAUTIFUL !!!! The photos are superb and presented to identify plants with different degrees of evolution, intelligent and valuable idea that I have found in any other book. The recipes are beautifully illustrated. Real works of art. !!! There are several recipes for the same plant, which is very nice. Really it's book is a treat, well presented, easy to read and understand. It makes you want to do everything dessuite the first tests that will amaze, no doubt, our guests. I advise everyone, this is a great gift.
