German Neztstecker / adapter missing

The product has an overall good impression.
Packaging and Product Description (a German power plug is shown here) are good.
However, the airbed only a NEMA connector and an adapter has enclosed.
When demand Amazon gives me an appropriate credit for an adapter, since I did not want to return the product.
Unfortunately, a corresponding adapter not be sent directly.
The-phone customer service I find very friendly and competent.
