Otherwise, it fits comfortably in your hand. KERS and DRS can be operated by well right hand. The draw is very accurate and can not be compared with, for example, the Wii steering wheel. The steering movements have less latency than the controller, thus bringing better steering movements when cornering.
If you want, you can hold the steering wheel up, or down. The sensors only eighth as the steering wheel is moved, is not like the location. Kinect in Forza 4 supports additionally the accuracy, where I was able to very accurately in F1 2011.
It's quite good in the arms when driving longer. So it would not be suitable for children / young people who have little endurance / strength.
The force feedback is very good and quite realistic (MMN slightly better than fixed-built steering wheel, where it acts very artificial), because you can be fooled and properly with the body, if you want.
