The Eisballbereiter are divisible in the middle. For filling, the upper half of a hole, they are divided by the freezing process, to free the ice ball from the silicone mold. These can be either the ice balls a few minutes to thaw or detain them under running water.
Unfortunately, the upper silicon mold does not fill line, because up to here you should fill the water under any circumstances, because the ball usually overflows by the greater volume of ice water during the freezing process.
The silicone molds are easy to rinse and just as easy to fill, open and close. From the quality they have - except for the missing fill line - very good.
Purpose and benefits of such gigantic bombes everyone must decide for themselves whether the acquisition price justifies the purchase. I think they are definitely for aforementioned bowling very well, and in the summer for cooling drinks in large carafes.
