Ginge well as Greatest Hits by

So far, I've never thought necessary to compose a music review.
Upon hearing of the bones of what you believe, I feel for the first time the need to recommend an album.
What's deliver Chvrches here as debut album just terrific. It would well pass for a greatest hits album, so good are the individual pieces.

When I heard this piece a few months ago for the first time, it took my downright language and I got in literally tears to my eyes, I was so overwhelmed by the atmosphere that creates this piece and of course Laurens voice. As a child of the 80s, I grew up with electro-pop or Synthy Pop or New Wave: Depeche Mode, OMD, Erasure, Pet Shop Boys are quasi the heroes of my childhood.
