Although the third album of the French is not quite as catchy as the previous two "Moon Safari" and "Premiers Symptomes", yet one recognizes undoubtedly Air. The floating lightness has given way to a certain gloom, what the film plot (the four sisters commit Finally all suicide) is also quite appropriate. Something clearly than otherwise the musical idols are ausmachbar so peeks at "The Word 'Hurricane' 'unmistakable Pink Floyd briefly around the corner," Suicides Underground "is reminiscent of the Popol Vuh soundtrack to Werner Herzog's film" Aguirre, the Wrath God ". Stunned one also notes, however, how much influence each other and complement the bands of the genre. "Empty House" for example, would fit perfectly on Goldfrapp's debut album "Felt Mountain" (2001).
Overall, this film soundtrack reached the class of former Air-albums not quite, but rises far above the average. Anspieltips: "Playground Love" and "Dead Bodies".
