The music of this film has accompanied me for many years; and still I get goose bumps every time, sometimes even tears while listening. I love the music of Mark Knopfler, possess virtually all CDs from him, even all film scores; but The Princess Bride is my absolute favorite CD. They must enjoy best with your eyes closed, because it is not a department store or a private radio music. The film I have only much later to know and love - both together is incredibly intense and overwhelming if you can engage in it. So many stars are there not with Amazon, but no more than the heavens, how I want to send this music and this film. By the way: I am a man, and I like reggae, blues and even sometimes hard rock; but The Princess Bride is for me, otherwise rather atheist, a kind of profession of faith! The reviews of "Audio" and "Stereo play" witness for me, therefore, only by the ignorance of their authors. (However: the last song, "sung" by Mr de Ville, I like not a bit - namely the sound as if the Good been strong alloholisiert ...)
