Glucosamine helps

I had sharp pains, especially in the front knuckles (Fingerendgelenkarthrose). My orthopedist advised me glucosamine that he also takes many years, however. He said the same to me, that the effect only after a few months revenue occurs. Just as it was. I take it regularly and this pain is gone. If I do not take a while, they come back. With me rich 700 mg per day, I try now times a lower dose (one tablet every other day).

It is certainly not a panacea for all kinds of joint disease or even "bone cracking", which is always so well meant.
